Cooking Engineer, I ran across your site while looking for a recipe for Ikan Pangang on google. You told a girl named fish fish she would be that. I was introduced to Ikan Pangang on Penang island and I cant seem to get a good recipe for it. It possible that you would have a recipe for Ikan Pangang?
